Stone Carpet Spain is being developed as a national English-language specialist for resin-bound exterior surfacing. That does not mean every project can be installed from every location on every date.
Resin-bound work depends on a suitable installation team, compatible materials, dry aggregate, transport, weather and enough time to complete and protect the surface correctly. Island logistics, remote sites and short commercial closure periods can change what is practical.
We therefore confirm coverage after assessing the project rather than publishing a long list of towns that may not reflect real availability.
What determines whether a project can be covered?
Location and site access
The municipality and postcode establish the broad location. Access can matter just as much.
Resin, aggregate, mixing equipment and the installation team need to reach the work area. A driveway with direct vehicle access presents a different delivery plan from an apartment terrace reached through a building or a hotel courtyard with restricted service hours.
Tell us about gates, stairs, lifts, internal routes, parking restrictions and any limit on delivery vehicles.
Project size and type
A private pool surround, a villa driveway and a phased hotel refurbishment require different teams and project controls. The proposed area helps determine whether mobilisation is proportionate and whether the work can be completed within the available installation window.
Small isolated repairs can be harder to schedule at distance than a larger planned project. Several areas at one property may be assessed together.
Existing surface and base
Coverage is not only an installer-availability question. The current surface may need specialist preparation, excavation, drainage work or a new bound base before resin-bound aggregate can be laid.
Photographs and plans help identify whether the project appears to involve:
- an overlay assessment
- local repairs and preparation
- complete removal and reconstruction
- drainage alterations
- vehicle-loading design
- poolside or coastal exposure
The final requirement may involve trades or professional input beyond the resin-bound installation itself.
Materials and transport
The approved binder, decorative aggregate and base materials must be available in the quantities and batches required for the project. Locally sourced construction aggregate should be assessed by performance rather than replaced with an unexplained UK material label.
Transport to islands or distant sites can affect cost, storage and programme. Two-part or moisture-sensitive materials need controlled handling. We confirm those arrangements before presenting delivery as available.
Timing and weather
The selected resin system will have defined installation conditions. Air and substrate temperature, rain risk, moisture and material temperature can affect whether work proceeds.
A client's preferred date is part of the enquiry but it does not override the product limits. Hotels, communities and hospitality properties should include closure periods, pool opening dates and events so the proposed sequence can be reviewed.
Mainland projects
Enquiries are welcome from mainland Spain. Availability depends on the installation capacity and material plan confirmed for the project location.
At launch, this page should not display mainland regions as established service areas until a suitable installation route has been verified. Once capability is operational, a region may be named here with a short, factual statement covering project type and any limitations.
Do not infer coverage from an article about a particular Spanish climate, surface or market. Technical content applies to the subject discussed and is not a claim that an installation team is based nearby.
Island projects
Enquiries from the Balearic and Canary Islands can be submitted for assessment, but island delivery must be confirmed separately.
The review may consider:
- transport of binder and dry aggregate
- local availability of accepted base materials
- storage before installation
- crew travel and accommodation
- equipment movement
- weather contingency
- the scale needed to support mobilisation
An island enquiry is not accepted as installable until those arrangements and responsibilities are agreed in writing.
Private residential projects
Private enquiries may include:

- garden paths and courtyards
- resurfacing over suitable concrete or tiles
- investigation of a failed resin-bound surface

Communities, hotels and commercial projects
Larger communal and commercial projects are assessed around both technical scope and property operation.
Include:
- drawings or marked plans
- area schedule and intended traffic
- existing-surface information
- closure and phasing requirements
- routes that must remain open
- tender or decision dates
- required contractor and handover documents
These projects may justify a location-specific delivery plan even where regular residential coverage has not been established. That decision still depends on resources, programme and system requirements.

How coverage is confirmed
1. Initial location check
We review the municipality, postcode and site type together with the approximate area.
2. Technical qualification
We consider the current surface, loading, drainage, access and any pool, coastal or commercial exposure.
3. Delivery assessment
Installation capacity, materials, transport, equipment and the proposed dates are checked.
4. Written confirmation
If the project can proceed, the proposal should identify the contracting entity, installation responsibility, scope, assumptions and location-specific costs. A form submission or initial conversation does not by itself confirm coverage.
Why we do not publish a town list
A long town list may make a website appear local everywhere without showing that work can actually be delivered there. It also tells a client very little about whether a difficult site, island project or fixed commercial programme can be supported.
Stone Carpet Spain will add regional information only where three conditions are met:
- projects can genuinely be delivered there
- the page contains useful local specification material
- the region has a distinct search and commercial purpose
Individual town pages will not be created by changing place names in generic copy.
